This week’s action features players from the United States, Great Britain, Poland, Australia, Ghana, France, Italy, Spain, Serbia, Japan, Brazil, Denmark, Norway, India, Romania, and Croatia, with many competitors coming from top NCAA programs such as Texas, Baylor, TCU, Duke, Oklahoma State, Tennessee, Clemson, LSU, Michigan State, Pepperdine, UTSA, Middle Tennessee, Florida State, Virginia Tech, and Lubbock Christian.

Today’s qualifying slate opens with James Quattro, a senior Blue Chip recruit ranked No. 1 in Texas and an Austin native committed to Texas A&M, taking on Norway’s Andreja Petrovic, who brings veteran experience from his collegiate career at Florida State and Duke.

Later on Center Court, a highly anticipated showdown features Croatia’s Noa Vukadin, who competes for Clemson, facing Austin native and five-star recruit William McEwan of the Austin Tennis Academy, a local favorite sure to draw strong home support.

Doubles action also highlights the day, with top seeds Pranav Kumar, an American, and Lui Maxted of Great Britain taking on American Alexander Kotzen and Norway’s Andreja Petrovic on Court 9 not before 2:00 p.m. Over on Court 8, not before 1:00 p.m., second seeds Abraham Asaba of Ghana and Alex Martinez of Spain face the all-American pairing of James Quattro and Mason Vaughan.
